Our house is an attractive, family friendly and well equipped dwelling in the welcoming estate of Rosehill. This would be suitable for all potential visitors wishing to explore this part of Ireland. Any fun loving/ adventurous family or group wishing to use the many facilities available in the house might find it particularly suitable. A surf board and body boards, table tennis table, basketball hoop, goal in adjacent green, piano, guitars, ukuleles, and a variety of musical instruments, may entice those who wish to continue their musical / sporting hobbies whilst on holidays.

This potential house-swap location has the added benefit of having wonderful neighbours. The residents in all adjacent houses are friendly, helpful. and have always shown themselves to be willing to offer any advice or potential play mates for the children of previous house swaps.
