Half acre of manicured gardens with the 180 degree Salish Sea views as the highlight. Our home is a 2015 build with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The island location puts you only 20 minutes from Victoria, 5 minutes to Sidney, and close to the world renowned Butchart Gardens. It's all on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island - a rural setting with many farm stands to buy fresh eggs along the way

We are a retired couple in our early 60's that enjoy travelling. We have spent time exploring North America in our RV as well as staying for weeks or even months in one spot to absorb the culture. We have two sons and three grandkids, as well as a small Westie dog, that sometimes travels with us. We always take our hiking boots and our bathing suits - you never know when you might need them!
