Cosy house in the green heart of Umbria, close to Marmore's Falls
On the spur overlooking the valley is "La Rocchetta", an old stone house with a picturesque view over the entire Greenway of Nera river. Ideal place to relax in the silence of an ancient medieval village.
Large panoramic terrace solarium, the house has been recently renovated and well equipped for a pleasant, even long stay.
Near the Marmore Falls and Piediluco's lake, and along the Via di Francesco it is the starting point for various level excursions, even by bicycle.
Perfect for a relaxing holiday or active sports like rafting, climbing, cycling, hiking, nordic walk, horse riding...
We are 10 min by car from Marmore Falls, or if you want you can reach them by nice walk (1 hour) along the Nera river
Terni, the main town is 15 min by car.
Art and great food wait you...you will have a great experience of the slow life of Umbria.

NL0057Een sprookjesachtige plek om 2 weken door te brengen, het huis ademt historie en de eigenares heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons van harte welkom te heten.
Een volle provisiekast en een koel drankje in de koelkast, met de uitnodiging om alle etenswaar te gebruiken.
Bovendien nog een uitnodiging om met het gezin uit eten te gaan, in de buurt van ons tijdelijk huis. Het werd een heel gezellig diner met een hartelijke gastvrouw en gast heer en hun leuke zoon.
