LONDON - Designer's 4 bedroom house in historic Kingston-Upon-Thames.

Our beautiful (1897) home is situated in a very pleasant and charming suburb of London. There are good transport links into the centre of London and there are easy routes out to other cities and the countryside. Kingston is a safe and charming market town where the ancient Kings of England were crowned.

It is famous for its great shopping and restaurants along the beautiful riverside. It is also surrounded by Royal Parks and the historic Palace of Hampton Court is nearby.

Full of charming and interesting design features, our home is set over three floors , has 2 double bedrooms and two single bedrooms.

Our lounge has cable TV ( inc. Netflix and Amazon Prime), and our playroom has a full-size football table. There is a large kitchen diner and WI-FI throughout. Two bathrooms with baths and showers, three toilets. There are lots of books, sculptures and artworks throughout.

We have a newly landscaped garden with raised decking area for outside dining.

We have enjoyed all our exchanges- Stockholm, Barcelona, Linz, Helsinki, Normandy, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Reykjavik, Atlanta, Vancouver and Berlin.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Our Neighbourhood

  • shopping Best Shopping in London (2.3 km)
  • river River Thames (2.8 km)

  - One of the safest and prettiest parts of LONDON.

Kingston upon Thames is a leafy and pleasant suburb of London. Surrounded by Royal Parks( Richmond, Bushy) and nestling beside the River Thames it is a short train commute to central London( 35 mins). Our house is on  a quiet residential street in walking distance to the river , historic market place and central amenities. There are lively bars along the river, good restaurants and great shopping. At weekends there are boat trips up river to Hampton Court Palace and Richmond upon Thames.

Kingston has a rich history being the coronation venue for many of the early Kings of England. It is one of only four Royal Boroughs in the United Kingdom.

Trains run frequently from Kingston or Surbiton  to the centre of London  where you can easily get to all the major attractions. Or you can  enjoy the south of Britain by escaping by car down the A3.
Oxford and Brighton are  about an hour away by car, Windsor Castle about 50 minutes.
