You are looking for a quiet house with garden to discover the Pic St Loup and Montpellier region with ideas for walks by the sea or the river, let's exchange our houses!
Make yourself at home to discover our pretty region between the sea (30 minutes by car from the beach in Palavas or Villeneuve-les Maguelones) and the river (swimming in the Hérault St Guilhem-the desert). If you like hiking, Pic St Loup and Horthus await you. If you prefer something flat, the Restinclières area at the exit of the Village is a place to walk to the source of the Lez. You can visit Montpellier by car or tram to stroll through the streets of the city and discover the Fabre museum, the Place de la Comédie, the Peyrou, the plant garden... A 1-hour drive away, you can discover Sète, its port, its festivals at the theater of the sea, its beaches... otherwise visit the Anduze bamboo grove or the Pont du Gard or the Camargue.

Our house has a master suite on the ground floor with bathroom (bath and Italian shower) and a bedroom with bathroom (shower and toilet) upstairs.

On the ground floor, you will find a space with the kitchen (equipped with an oven, an electric hob, dishwasher) open to the dining room and the living room. You can plan your meals on the terrace outside in the shade of the pergola with a plancha if you feel like grilling some vegetables.

We are a fifty-year-old couple, Patrick and Karine, who love walking, cycling and traveling to discover our beautiful French regions. Our 2 daughters Julie and Emma have left the nest!

We have a 4 year old cat called Méo with a white coat with black spots and who relies on you for kibble and a few caresses.
