Lovely, small family house in a small, very quiet town with a private garden. The house features a large living room with dining area, separate kitchen with all usual amenities, two bedrooms - one with a queen-sized bed, one with two singles - as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower.
Outside, you will find a small, private garden with a terrace with eating area and a hammock. There is also a closed, private garage available, with charging port for an electric car.
In case of exchange far away, I would be ok with car exchange, although I prefer to drive myself.
Although the profile is new, I'm an experienced house exchanger - I've been going on exchange holidays with my parents since before I could walk, and now that I'm an adult with my own home, I thought it was time to try it for myself.
